Marriage to Buteo Ralph
Frank met Buteo early in his life and fell in love with the man. In a short amount of time, at least that's the way it felt to him, he married Buteo.
The Destruction of Native Lakes
For a long time Frank and Buteo were trying to adopt a child. Just as they were getting news of adopting a child, the Rethi attacked Native Lakes. Instead of staying safe, Frank did his best to save others. When he had to decide to risk his life or let Buteo die, he died.
