HISTORY
Early Years
Buteo Ralph caught the attention of the Council of Ant. They tried to recruit him to be a warrior and he refused. Instead of a prestigious position he decided to become a scout and teacher at Native Lakes, his home. He didn't care for the life of a warrior and preferred a life with Frank Halia. The two married and were hoping to adopt a child.
Prior to the Destruction of Native Lakes
On what should have been a simple scouting exercise, Buteo's world changed forever. He found a crashed Rethi ship and decided to rescue the enemies of his kind. There was a time of peace and good news for Buteo. After all the time of waiting, he would adopt a child and raise him with Frank.
The Destruction of Native Lakes
Just as Buteo was receiving the good news of adoption, the Rethi attacked Native Lakes. The destruction was beyond horrific and only left a few survivors. Buteo was one of them. Him and the others quickly formulated a plan to go to New Venice. Once there they would explain to the Snow Leopards about what happened.
The Mystery of Glich
Buteo scouts ahead and sees that Glich, a village, had been destroyed. Upon his return to the group, they discuss whether or not to investigate. The final choice is left up to Hawn.
