HISTORY

Before the Fic
Most information remains the same. Jon's history (minus name change) deviates from canon during the War for the Dawn.

Ruling the North
Daenerys Targaryen ended things with Jon Stark and married Jorah Mormont instead. This was fine with Jon as his feelings for the Targaryen had lessened. He married Sansa Stark to Gendry Baratheon as a way to both ensure strong relations between their Houses and to make Arya Stark available for him. Though he tends to not admit the latter part.

Jon seeks to have Arya agree to be his queen but she has constantly denied the title. This hasn't stopped their affair from continuing.

After returning from an early morning ride on Ghost, Jon is greeted by Arya who has a letter from King's Landing. It states that Sarisa Targaryen, his daughter, needs another tutor. He goes over various ways he could send a tutor without angering the Northern Lords. He decides on this being the last time he will send any tutor to the South and he will allow people to try out to be Sarisa' tutor.

The Tryouts 
Jon Stark, along with Arya Stark, test the three who want to become Sarisa Targaryen's tutor. The only problem comes when one of the men, who resembles Jorah Mormont, talks bad about Jon. He punishes the man by having Arya not use any restraint when attacking him. After the testing is done, Jon goes to the godswood. There he and his lover decide none of the three are going to tutor his daughter.

TRIVIA
-Jon likes to ride Ghost in the early morning to help calm himself down.
-Jon briefly considers sending Arya to tutor Sarisa, but his cousin refuses.
-The Northern Lords don't think Jon would be capable of killing Sarisa if she attacked the North.
-Jon has sent two tutors for Sarisa in the past.
