Running Across Rin and the Alliance with Doctor Isaacs
Alice is driving across the wastelands when she runs across Rin. The woman eventually becomes her ally. The two are eventually separated during a battle.
Alice, along with K-Mart, find Rin about to give birth with Doctor Alexander Isaacs by her side. It is then she finds out Rin was Alex's wife and her baby is their child. While Alice doesn't want to, she does agree to an alliance with Alex for the baby's safety.
Rin's Truth Revealed
Alice, Hisara (Rin's child), and Alex are transported to Rin's original Earth universe. This is possible due to Rin living in two realities at once which is destroying the fabric of reality. It is there that all three are told the the truth of who Rin actually is.
Alice decides to fight against her version in this new reality. Afterwards all three are transported back to their original reality.
TRIVIA
-My little shipper heart was able to put Alex/Alice together even though it wouldn't work in canon.
