Assassination Attempt and Acceptance
The Doctor Alexander Isaacs Clone involved in the Raqus Base Incident was not the only one of its kind. The Umbrella Corporation was making multiple clones of those that could get close to both Rin and Alice. They used Alex Clones for Rin and Rain Ocampo Clones for Alice.
A Rain clone happened to be captured inside of Eden Base and was questioned by Rin. It then turned out she was a sleeper agent who had a need to get to Alice. To see what would happen the Kaari brought in Khaleesi who triggered the clone's programming.
The clone was able to be brought under control and gave herself the name Hail Ocampo before joining the Mormonts.
Marriage to Khaleesi
It didn't take long for Hail and Khaleesi to grow extremely close. They went with each other on missions at times. They eventually married and used a surrogate father to have Robert.
When Khaleesi died, Hail was left alone to take care of her son.
