Location: Native Lakes in Noco, Flower Land on the planet Gaia
Importance:
For countless millennia, the Rethi left Gaia in peace. That all changed when Buteo Ralph and his class found a crashed Rethi ship slightly beyond the limits of Native Lakes. He decided the Rethi were harmless and he couldn't bear leaving them for dead, so he had them brought back to his village.
It took two weeks for the Rethi to find a way to destroy Native Lakes. In the carnage that ensued the entire village was destroyed and only five remained alive: Buteo Ralph, Hawn Falco, Donta Nevin, Nadia Caballus, and Nidae Boris.
I forced myself to look, to make myself certain of the horrors that the Rethi could inflict, as the lion tore one child apart and then the next. As it roared after its final victim died, I could hear screams from across the village so I knew that this wasn't an isolated case.
