HISTORY

Before the Fic
This character is an original character and she has no backstory other than what the fic says.

Creation and Escape
The Alice clone wakes up in a strange house where she soon meets another woman. This woman only says that she will help them escape and that the clone needs to attack her. They then faked their deaths and woke up in a coffin.

After digging their way out, the clone demands the woman tell her what is going on. The woman says her name is Rin Isaacs and that she was the wife of Doctor Alexander Isaacs. It then turns out that the clone isn't the actual Alice. It's also revealed that the clone had been created as part of a game for Rin by her husband. This isn't something the clone easily believes as the woman had just rescued her.

As they continued to walk, Rin explained about the T-Virus outbreak. During these travels the clone decided to take the name Khaleesi as it was important to her friend.

The Bond Deepens
Rin soon became Khaleesi's teacher in the psychic arts. The clone was more than ready as she had abilities that needed to be fully utilized. Especially as there was a war for survival going on in the world.

They found a town where they were able to find peace and focus on the future. It was there that Rin was able to focus on Khaleesi's training.

A group of people enter the town and Khaleesi stays hidden as Rin goes to greet them. This is done as if they are Umbrella then seeing an Alice clone could mean a battle that would've been avoidable. Before she is able to reunite with her friend, Umbrella approaches and so she leaves a note for Rin before going herself.

Reunion
Khaleesi and Rin spent time apart due to the inability to quickly find one another in the fallen world. When Rin returned to the town, Khaleesi was there to greet her. The clone realized her friend was pregnant and asked if she had gone back to Alex. To her relief it wasn't Alex's child but Chris Redfield's. She was disappointed to hear that her friend had still had sex with her husband.

Sometime after Rin's return, the pair named the town Eden Base.

To Raqus Base
In their earlier journey they had run into a zoo with a nursery. Rin decided she wanted to give birth there and Khaleesi joined in the journey. On their way there they named their group the Mormonts after one of Rin's husbands. Their group would seek to find a cure for the T-Virus and to create a society for when the world recovered.

Upon their arrival to the place they decided on the name Raqus Base.

While waiting for Rin to give birth, Khaleesi helped her friend run tests to try and find out a cure for the T-Virus. Her duties also included making repairs to the base.

Khaleesi and Rin got company in the form of April Dekker. She was allowed into the base as she would help Rin give birth.

Back at Eden
After Rin gave birth to Alec Isaacs, April was allowed into the Mormonts. All three separated soon after to work on different things. Khaleesi went back to Eden Base to test out a new cure Rin had created.

When Rin returned with K-Mart and Alexander Isaacs, the clone was disturbed by the doctor's presence. Yet she didn't cause a fuss while out in public. In private, however, she was vocal about her dislike of the man's presence.

Accepting Alexander
When Rin left on a mission to test out the AI DOOM, Khlaeesi was left at Eden to keep an eye out on Alexander. It wasn't something the clone enjoyed doing due to him being both her creator and abuser.

Her view of the doctor was changed during an incident in one of the labs on Eden Base. She was impressed by his wiliness to sacrifice his life for others. Upon Rin's arrival, Khaleesi declared that K-Mart and Alexander should both become full members of the Mormonts.

Later Rin pointed out how selfish Alex had been during the lab incident. She pointed to Khaleesi how the man wanted to be by his wife's side and only rescued people when it wouldn't cost him much. The clone was surprised as it had seemed her friend wanted Khaleesi to accept the man.

The intense scrutiny over Alexander was over, however Khaleesi was told not to lower her guard in concerns to the doctor.

Stretching Her Legs
Khaleesi did not like being cooped up anywhere. So when there was a chance to protect a small convoy, she jumped at the chance.

The Kaari
Eventually it became necessary to name the ruling body of the Mormonts. Khaleesi, Rin, K-Mart, and Alexander were all to become referred to as Kaari. One of their first order of business after naming themselves was to decide what to do about Chris Redfield. They all agreed to make him a part of the Rasiki, special forces of the Mormonts, but he would be monitored.

The Island
Khaleesi helped lead one of the teams to an island. There was hope that farming would be expanded there. There Rin, her, and Alex ran into Malana and her people. The woman agreed to help them find a place for farming as long as they didn't interfere with the citizens of the island.

Before they could arrive at their destination, the Umbrella Corporation attacked. Khaleesi was tasked with leading the ground forces. Negotiations with Malana was made easier after as it had rained for the first time since the apocalypse. She thought Rin a deity of some kind.

Khaleesi, Rin, and Alex decided on a name for the farming base. The name Alice was disregarded as it sounded like they were sympathizing with the enemy. They chose the name Eve, after Rin and Alex's daughter.

Infiltration
After the Raqus Base Incident, it was revealed the Umbrella Corporation was making clones. Clones that could be more than deadly. There were different bases that could be used as cloning facilities and so a plan was decided on how to attack each one. One of the bases would be attacked by Alice. They would use Jane Doe, an Alice Clone, to move the woman in the right direction. Khaleesi was uncertain about trusting the clone.

Rin was voted to infiltrate another of the cloning locations.

As they waited, a Rain Ocampo clone was captured. Khaleesi was used to trigger the sleeper agent. The clone was able to gain control and named herself Hail Ocampo. The two clones quickly grew very close with each other.

Winterfell
After Alice's attack on Rin's location, it was thought that the leader was dead. They eventually moved to a hidden city called Winterfell. To cover their tracks, they orchestrated a clash between factions to hide their movements.

Khaleesi was more than happy to see Rin return alive. Even if she brought along Sam, an Alexander clone, and their child called Eyrie.

Dragons
Rin's blood was found to have a variety of uses. One of those was to make perverted dragons. As wedding plans were stressing Khaleesi out, she was more than eager to leave Winterfell for the mission. To her disappointment, she was not chosen to attack one of the factories.

Khaleesi and Hail were married on the same day many others were. As it was a time of war, there wasn't the ability to give each individual wedding much time. The clones didn't mind as at least they were able to declare their love for one another.

Shortly before K-Mart and Rin left to go on the mission, Khaleesi begged Rin to change her mind. She tried to argue that Alex and Sam could take over. Her friend pointed out that the clone wouldn't like them to assume control of the Mormonts. A sense of duty made Khaleesi stop protesting.

The Last Doctor Isaacs Clone
Over time the Umbrella Corporation stopped making Isaacs clone. Sam was the only one that was trusted. During a mission Micheal Gabe killed the last Isaacs clone outside of Rin's control. There was a meeting in which the Kaari decided the man's fate. Khaleesi argued that the man shouldn't be killed but be visibly scarred so that Rin wouldn't lose control of her men.

The Massacre
Khaleesi stayed in Winterfell while Rin went off to have her triplets and start administrating cures. The Alice clone got word of Rin, Alex, and the triplets dying. Khaleesi and K-Mart lead an investigation and implemented new measures to weed out all traitors. Their hard work paid off as there were no longer traitors in the Mormonts.

The Final Battle
Rin arrived back at Winterfell full of vengeance. Khaleesi cautioned against basing strategy on such extreme emotions as it went against what she felt the Mormonts stood for. It was eventually decided to first have both Alice's and Wesker's allies fight each other to weaken each side.

For the final battle, Khaleesi fought side by side with Rin.

They ended up finding Albert Wesker killing Alice Abernathy. He talked with them before making his next move. In the ensuing fight Khaleesi was fatally injured. Before she died she said she only cared about making Rin proud and to give her good-byes to her wife and child.

TRIVIA
-If Franc Isaacs had been a girl, Rin would've named her Khaleesi.
-Khaleesi's name shows that she and Rin share a strong familial bond.
-Khaleesi disagreed with how cautious Rin was at times.
-When Khaleesi and Rin first arrived in Eden Base, she showed her friend various movies.
-Between Khaleesi leaving Rin in Between Two Worlds and their reunion in Crossing the Divide, Eden Base was greatly expanded upon.
-Khaleesi did not think peace with Alice Abernathy was possible.
-Over time Khaleesi grew to accept Alexander, though there was always a distance between them.
-After Micheal Gabe was punished by having his nose cut off, Khaleesi pointed out he could always fabricate a story that painted him in a more favorable light.
-To have a child for her and Hail Ocampo, Khaleesi used a donor to become pregnant.
-Khaleesi felt a need for the war to last forever.
