HISTORY
Before the Fic
Most information remains the same. Except he is not a clone and not in charge of the Umbrella Corporation.
Meeting Rin
Rin had originally been captured by the Umbrella Corporation due to her skin being able to reflect bullets. Doctor Isaacs was the last one in line to examine her. Instantly upon seeing Rin he felt love for her. As this was a new emotion for him, he wasn't able to properly express it.
Instead he tormented her and took delight in what she could do. Alexander was also more lenient with her and more than willing to give her a helping hand. He eventually allowed her to create her own weapon which she called Jorah. In those early days Rin did not return those affections.
Alexander was suspicious of where she came from as she didn't know information that was thought of as common. He gave her materials in which to learn about the world. As he could tell she was not fully human and loved to fight, he allowed her to battle Alice clones from time to time.
His Marriage with Rin
Eventually they were open with each other emotionally and sexually. Alexander was allowed to marry her and she earned the title Doctor. She had progressed remarkably well with her studies. Rin soon became pregnant with his child Franc.
After Rin's miscarriage, Alexander dissected Franc. This was his way of managing the grief he felt. His actions upset Rin but their marriage seemed stable. Indeed they remained in love up until she died one day while battling an Alice clone.
Rin's Return
Alexander lost himself in his work after his wife's death. On one expedition, he walked outside of the camp hoping that the zombies would kill him as he couldn't bear living without Rin. Before he could find release in death, however, Rin rescued him.
They made love and caught up in a cave that night. However, Rin refused to return to him as she did not like who he was.
Alexander returned to work and ran into the original Alice Abernathy. During the course of their encounters he was bitten by a zombie and used vaccines to try and cure himself. That had the opposite effect and he turned into a Tyrant. Before Alice could kill him, though, he turned back into a human.
Alice decided to keep him as a captive and eventually ran into Rin and her child Alec. Rin now ran the Mormonts, an organization whose goal was to cure the T-Virus, and so Alice felt she could trust her.
When Alexander was set to be executed, Rin refused to kill him and fought to keep him alive. His wife couldn't fight off all the enemies and he ended up having to save her. While running away Alec was accidentally shot. K-Mart, who had tasked with guarding the child, blamed herself.
There was no time for grief and Rin revealed to Alexander she could transform into a dragon. After they helped Alice fight off some members of the Umbrella Corporation, all three started to make their way to Eden Base.
Joining the Mormonts
When Alexander entered Eden Base, he became a Tim of the Mormonts (aka a new recruit). He found Khaleesi, the Alice clone that had 'killed' Rin, alive and one of the rulers of the new organization. Both her and his wife decided not to fully trust him.
While Rin was away on a mission, Alexander proved himself to Khaleesi and he became a member. He then quickly became a Kaari, one of the top officials, of the organization.
During his time as a Mormonts, it was discovered there was an oddity in Alexander's DNA due to his brief time as a Tyrant. This was called a mark. While he believed he could transform into a Tyrant a second time, he didn't want to as he believed this would mean he would lose himself. He couldn't stand the thought of not being able to love Rin.
To try and heal old wounds, Alexander and Rin had another child together. They named her Eve as she was conceived in Eden. After the Raqus Base Incident it was revealed that his daughter had the ability to resist any kind of virus or other infection.
Sam's Arrival
The Mormonts progressed quickly in their goals. The two things holding them back were Rin's insistence on building a society for after and treating Alice/her clones with respect. Even when Alice had no intention of pitying Rin.
As the Raqus Base Incident had involved an Alexander Clone, the Kaari had to find a way to stop productions of them. K-Mart was too inexperienced, Khaleesi would be picked out easily, Alexander did not have the ability to sneak around easily, and so Rin was chosen.
Alexander and the other Mormonts believed her to have been killed when Alice and her clones attacked where she was infiltrating. He took solace in Eve and helped move to an actual city which they called Winterfell.
When Rin returned she did so with one of his clones, which she called Samuel, and a child called Eyrie. It took time but eventually he became a friend and lover to his clone.
Alexander's Death
As the Mormonts had created a city, society, and a cure it was time to bring the world back to normal. Though it wasn't advised, a pregnant Rin insisted on being on a mission to bring the cure to people. Alexander decided to go with her.
As his wife gave birth the two nurses were able to kill all three newborns. At the same time Alice's forces rushed in to attack. Rin was in a weakened state due to just giving birth and so it was up to Alexander to bear a good brunt of the fighting. When he realized he couldn't fight as a human and his wife wasn't able to defend both of them, he turned back into a Tyrant.
As expected he lost himself and after helping to defeat some enemies, he turned on Rin. There wasn't any other choice and so Rin killed him.
TRIVIA
-Was the only Umbrella member that was never frightened of Rin.
-I found the names Alexander and Samuel for Doctor Isaacs. I went with Alexander as it felt more villainous to me.
-Rin subconsciously used magic to allow Alexander to escape from his Tyrant form.
-When Alexander originally became a Tyrant he felt that if he allowed himself to stay in that form he could never love again. So he changed back.
-Alexander never fully turned good as there was always a darkness to him. It was stated numerous times if Rin wanted to change her goals, he would've been more than happy.
-Alexander's Mark from becoming a Tyrant made it so that clones of him were always easily detected.
-Franc Isaacs was Alexander's first child.
