Importance:
The Night King captured King Jon Snow which lead to the final battle as Queen Rin Kaari and King Jorah Mormont raced to rescue him.
Rin talked briefly with the Night King who was able to gain some sanity for a few minutes. In those few minutes she found the enemy pitiable. But insanity regained control of his mind and he killed Jon before fighting Rin.
With a command from Jorah, which strengthened Rin's powers, she fought the undead creature and won.
