Motto: Cure. Society. Rebirth.
Meaning: Rin's organization created to find a cure for the T-Virus and found a society for when humans come back into their own.
History
After Rin's time in the Umbrella Corporation, she decided to make an organization of her own. Unlike either that organization or Alice's group, she fought not only to right a wrong but to make the foundations of a future society.
For a time Reserves, aka human meat, was kept just in case the food supplies went out. Eventually the food situation was stable enough that Reserves were stopped.
To make her secrets harder for enemies to find out about, Rin had two languages from Westeros and Essos used. High Valyrian was to be used over the radios while the Common Tongue was to be used while on missions.
The cadet ranking of Tim was chosen from the innocent boy Rin killed while being experimented on.
The council being called Kaari came from Rin's last name.
The special forces being called Rasiki came from the magicians that were loyal only to House Kaari.
