HISTORY

Before the Fic
Most information remains the same. The fic deviates slightly from canon starting in Season 8.

Death of Bran Stark
The night the Night King attacked the Three-Eyed Raven, the entity took over Bran's body. As it still needed the boy it kept him walled off in an illusion where he thought Hodor, Meera Reed, and Summer were going to return any moment.

Post Battle of Winterfell
The Three-Eyed Raven tells the others that there was no way to bring back Jorah Mormont.

In the godswood the Three-Eyed Raven talks with Jorah about being trapped in the body of a direwolf. He says the man should be proud of being in Ghost's body and one day Jorah will learn to accept his situation.

The Final Fight
The Three-Eyed Raven reveals to Jorah that he is the nothing. During their conversation the demigod reveals that the Night King was the true hero while he and the Children of the Forest were actually villains. He also reveals that there are few people that can actually kill and him only Azor Ahai will always be able to kill him. At least if Azor Ahai is fully focused on killing Bran. When the conversation reaches its end, the Three-Eyed Raven sends Jorah back into Ghost's body.

The Three-Eyed Raven takes on the form of a gigantic three-eyed raven when Jorah Mormont goes to him. He does his best to convince the Mormont to abandon the fight but fails. Once the man recovers from an attack with a flaming sword the Three-Eyed Raven acknowledges that Jorah is Azor Ahai, but he doubts the man is strong enough to truly kill him.

Jorah goes to where the Three-Eyed Raven kept Bran. The demigod is surprised when the man kills the Stark.

TRIVIA
-Jorah Mormont holds Bran's opinions in very high regard.
-Jorah Mormont is correct in his suspicion of Bran being the nothing.
-The Three-Eyed Raven does generally care for Jorah and thinks that him not being human makes him stronger.
