Meaning: It is the legendary sword Lightbringer.
History
Heartsbane was once the ancestral Valyrian Sword of House Tarly. But then Samwell Tarly stole it and eventually gave it to Jorah Mormont as a gift.
Sometime after the Battle of Winterfell, Jorah was sparring with it and it burst into flames. Thus revealing itself to be Lightbringer.
