Jorah Mormont
As Jorah's body lays dying at the end of the Battle of Winterfell, Ghost calls out to the man. He is able to get Jorah's soul into himself before the Mormont's body dies.

After the War
Jorah Mormont leaves Ghost's body often enough after the move to Bear Island. This allows the direwolf enough time to form his own life which includes a mate and a few pups.

TRIVIA
-Jon Snow suggest Jorah Mormont warg into Ghost if his body dies. The disgraced knight points out he doesn't have that ability.
