Meaning: This department is made of the best magic users that can control all the elements. Their ability to sense the future, read minds, ect. is of a quality the rest of the clan can never match. They can even use Shade-like abilities. Dragons in this department are used to help quarrels within the clan, be diplomats when all the other diplomats are too busy, and to fight in only the most brutal of battles.
