Before the Fic
Most information remains the same. Tyrion's history deviates from canon during Season 8.

The Fall
Cersei Lannister planned to be betrayed by Euron Greyjoy. With the help of the Mountain she is able to escape the assassination attempt by him. Unfortunately she is not able to kill him and he escapes.

Due to the lack of options available to her, Cersei Lannister agrees to ally with Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Stark.

Execution
Cersei Lannister does her best to not appear frightened during her trial headed by Queen Daenerys Targaryen and King Jon Stark. She snaps back and denies nothing as she knows the trial is just a farce.

Grey Worm has to force Cersei to kneel so that Jon can execute her.

TRIVIA
-Cersei believed that Jorah Mormont was in Ghost's body long before she admitted it. This due to her innate faith in Jon Stark's honesty.
-Cersei's biggest regret upon dying was not having the love of Ser Jaime Lannister.
